"Wonderful stay in this quaint but spacious apartment. Great setting with a beautiful stream close by. Plenty of parking and a fabulous restaurant (Gustave’s Bistro) in an attached building. It’s self check-in but we hadn’t received the check in email with door codes by the time we arrived. Fortunately, there was a phone number and the owner immediately provided the email so entry was not an issue at all. We would highly recommend this place."

"The weekend breakfast staff was friendly and engaging. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The pool was clean, the gym as well. Beds were comfy and the bathroom toiletries were really nice. Really hope we can make it back! On top of that location super convenient for hiking adventures but also gas/ supermarket/ restaurants"

"This is the most beautiful stay in the mountains. Was so nice to feel so far away and serene, but also be close to food and groceries at the same time. Host Rob&Caley were very welcoming and sincere. We can not wait to return in the winter!!"

"The lodge was right next door to the cafe and the salt cave. It was wonderful to have a free session inside the salt cave while staying there. We were so relaxed afterwards and slept like babies that night. Several people noted that they didn't have any pain during the night like they usually do. We attributed that to the sulpher water and the salt! This was my second visit here and I'll probably go back again!"

"We enjoyed our stay in Buckeye and loved the biking and hiking we did in the surrounding area. The house is nice with spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a great screen porch but for the price could use some furniture upgrades, flow adjustments, and deep cleaning. River access is great and it would be really nice if the owner allowed guests to use the kayaks and floats that are stored there. The kitchen has nice/new appliances, is well stocked, and overall functions pretty well. Be aware that the house is elevated above the flood plain so there are some long and steep stairs to access the living spaces."
