This place was amazing! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms of course were super cool looking and fun and relaxing to sleep in. The spa services were great and we also had some good meals in Sulphur Springs. My only suggestion would be to have regular pods for the coffee maker. All they had were flavored ones and I was not a fan. But coffee's coffee! Would stay here again for sure. Might bring a girlfriend next time and not my husband ;-)
100% relaxation 3 days/nights in a row. The only flaw (minor) would be the refrigerator/freezer doors inside the king suite are reversible but they open left to right. It would be much more convenient if they would swing open toward the wall. A good maintenance man could fix that issue in less than 10 minutes.
The lodge was beautifully appointed and spacious. Very clean and super convenient to the spa and salt cave. Very unique concept. The sulpher smell was a bit off putting.
This is a beautiful property with large rooms and high ceilings. The check in process was smooth and the amenities were comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay, immensely.
The staff were all great!! Friendly, caring and eager to please us. Shout out to Megan for a great massage at the beautiful spa. The salt lodge was spotless and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The salt cave was so relaxing and the four of us had a wonderful “girls weekend “. Five stars all around!!
The property was a very clean, relaxing and comfortable. The check in process was easy and everyone was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back.
Everything was perfect. There was a coffee maker with cream/sugar. There was a hot/cold water dispenser available and appreciated. The lodge was clean and smelled great and the view from the front porch was gorgeous. The salt cave and cafe were on a short walk and they provided firewood and metal sticks to roast marshmallows for smores (which you could buy a package for at the Cafe) All in all it was a wonderful stay.
I almost don’t want to review this property and let other people know about how great it is, ha! Wow, what a beautiful room- it was instantly relaxing and zen. I have to admit I have been a salt cave/room skeptic but I’m now a believer and bought a salt lamp for home! My only “gripe” is wishing we had more photos/info about the rooom- we weren’t aware there was a full kitchen so we would have saved a lot of travel time making food in the room vs eating out and then traveling to room. Now we know what to expect and we will be back!
