This place is perfect for a wedding group to stay, plenty of room to spread out and so many beautiful photo opportunities. It is also a great place for corporate retreats or team offsites for people from Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston and out of state. Many fly in to have their team meeting here. HOUSE RULES
1) After booking, guests must sign our separate Rental Agreement in order to confirm the reservation.
2) Events are not permitted. We love helping guests celebrate special occasions, however, this property does not operate as a venue. No unregistered guests or vendors are allowed onsite without written prior approval. Please note this property is monitored via exterior security cameras.
3) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 8AM to 12AM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).
4) Loud music is not permitted at any time. Please be respectful of our neighbors as sound travels in the Hill Country.
5) Pets are not permitted.**
6) No fires are permitted outside of the propane fire pit.
7) Swimming in the pond is not permitted
8) Please feel free to pet the animals through the fence but the horse barn, and apartment are off limits. These spaces are NOT included in any rental. The barn may be used as a backdrop for professional family or wedding photography but may not be entered or accessed at any time. You may give the animals treats from their designated bins but may not enter or access their spaces at any time
