"Front desk employees in the morning were amazing. The front desk employee at night was kind of rude. Even though we had a do not clean sign at the door, house keeping entered the room which felt like a lack of privacy. We also kindly requested a refund for the last night as something came up and had to leave Frankfurt early to which the manager refuse to help. Overall great experience at check in but not great overall"

"Excellent clean room, with VERY comfortable beds. Great location near the train station and river walk. Staff were fantastic, and provided great service. Breakfast was varied and high quality with lots of options for celiacs and dairy allergies. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"Just back from a short trip in Frankfurt with my daughter. The JW Marriott hotel is exceptional and I couldn't rate it high enough. From the moment you enter the doors you are treated so well. Every single staff member that we encountered was professional and friendly. One of the best hotels, if not the best, I have ever stayed in. The hotel is spotless the rooms are gorgeous. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. A big shout out for the wonderful Julija for looking after myself and my daughter so well and making our trip so memorable. If you are heading to Frankfurt this is the only hotel to stay in! Also the hotel is right in the city centre and within walking distance of everything. "I was very pleased with the hotel. The location is excellent. Is located at walking distance from all the sites and steps from train and bus station. I was impressed with the variety of foods they offered for breakfast. All was delicious. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
