"I had high expectations for this hotel. I chose it based on reviews and price (fairly high) I love a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, other than the price I would not consider this a luxury hotel. The decor is kitchy, dated, and way overdone. To me everything just seemed to be trying too hard and it all missed the mark. The upstairs restaurant was also over-done decor-wise and the food was tortured and complicated without being particularly good. Everything just came off as thirsty and cheap rather than high quality or luxurious. I cant explain it, but when you know you know. If you don't care about decor or vibes, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location and service are fine. Do park yourself though, lots are cheap just 1/2 block away."

"Great location, easy check in. The pool was lovely on a hot day. The room was comfortable. The only complaint was our room smelled of cigarette smoke. It was particularly strong in the bathroom and closet. Also, the tv was a complete pain To try and figure out. My tech savvy boys couldn’t get it to work. The breakfast was solid and service was friendly. Just hope next time not to have a smoke stained room."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Great downtown location. Bistro staff and bar is excellent. Food is mediocre. Only real complaint is their muti media platform is ancient. No streaming capability or TV program descriptions available. Very awkward. At least they finally added CC option. Parking is good. Rooms are very clean."
