The Paramount Hotel
Balcony room was noisy. Even though doors were fully closed and locked we could still smell Marijuana and other smoke in our room.had to keep the fan running most of the time to help circulate and aleviate the smell. Multiple altercations/noise during the night (sounded like fights?) Across the street ...
