"Clean room close to the night life in Downtown Tampa. My Fiancee and I enjoyed our stay. The restaurant attached to the Hotel The Dan I believe was good as well. We will be back no complaints."

"The Staff was great! Breakfast at the Gaudin restaurant was also great! Very convenient location."

"Had roaches and mice droppings on counters and in bathroom, no toiletries provided, no toilet paper or Kleenex in room. Linens looked dirty. Room needs a deep clean and update badly. Don’t waste your money."

"The conditioner was empty, a dead cockroach was on the ledge when we looked out our window that went to foyer of the hotel not the outside. The bed was extreme uncomfortable, thin comforter and pillows were awful. "

"Clean room, staff was nice. No hot tub. Breakfast was okay. My worst experience was the loss of my backpack they stored my luggage (thank you) someone took my bag thankfully they knew it was called them and they Ubered it back to me. I had important medication in there. There needs to be a system or don’t store bags. "
