"Beautiful little boutique hotel close to everything in Palm Springs. First time in Palm Springs as I am only 3 yrs in California. I couldn’t have picked a more inviting property for a one night Saturday stay. My room was beautiful. Amazing views of solid mountain out my sliding door. Beautiful balcony with two lounge chairs and two captains chairs to allow for more guests. Room was immaculate! Bathroom had a huge show and amazing tub. Restaurant so cozy and welcoming. "The check-in was horrible. The staff spent so much time to figure out what we booked. The manager wanted to be “transparent” about our room having a water issue, but I don’t see how that’s our problem? and it doesn’t mean you can put us in a cheaper room instead. It gave us a very bad impression of this hotel from the beginning. Our Luxury King was big but weird. Both chairs were uncomfortable, and there was a microwave but no refrigerator.
