"Property is very pretty and breakfast was great. Pool and spa were closed which was unknown to us when we booked and the staff could care less and provided no assistance. Our queen suite seemed to be 2 double beds. Very strong smell in the room, probably cleaning supplies as it smelled like listerine. Windows had no screens so we couldn't open them to air out the room."

"I had a great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I was helped by wonderful staff members who are very friendly and helpful. After driving in from out of state, that warm welcome really stood out. The location is extremely convenient, with a shopping center, restaurants, and even a movie theater nearby there’s always something to do, so you’ll never be bored. The hotel itself is very clean and has a nice, welcoming feel to it. I also appreciated the added conveniences, like the washer and dryer available on the third and fourth floors. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind and helpful. One of my favorite parts is the continental breakfast offered every morning, it has a good variety and everything tasted great. I love staying at this hotel every time I come to town to visit my family, and I definitely plan to keep coming back."
