The Chill at Krabi Hotel

Downtown Krabi

10/10 Excellent

This is a relatively new hotel so is therefore modern and extremely clean. It’s not in the heart of the Krabi tourist area, but if you have a car or a bike it’s only a 5 minute ride to the waterfront area. What you lose in terms of being a bit further away is more than offset by the quality of the room and the peaceful surroundings (except for the door alarms, but more on that later). The room rates represent Exceptional value. I recall from memory that my room was only around $45AUD (via...

Anana Ecological Resort Krabi

10/10 Excellent

It was a real pleasure to stay at Anana Resort. All the staff are amazing. They make you feel so special, going out of their ways to make you feel welcome. Many many thanks to the whole team (Johan, Peter, Pop, Eak, Tu, Aekky and all the others). Special thanks to Pop and Peter for organising such a sweet romantic dinner with only 24hour notice. It was done so tastefully, way past our expectations. Many thanks for treating us like royalty. We loved everything about the resort: the food, the...

Panan Krabi Resort

10/10 Excellent

A beautiful resort in the heart of Krabi. Lovely swim-up pool bar with plenty of loungers and yummy 2-for-1 happy hour cocktails. The buffet breakfast was superb!! This place was the perfect way to start my Thailand adventure. I recommend taking a longboat to Railay West for the day. You can book just down on the corner near the beach. My only negative is that the bed was very hard. You may be able to request a soft bed when booking.

Ingrid

A pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, surrounded by palm trees and a small building with a thatched roof.

Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort

Nong Thale

10/10 Excellent

We stayed 10 nights in a Club room. Room was of a good size, with good size bathroom, lounge, desk and chair, balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Two good size pools overlooking the ocean, beautiful beach for swimming - plenty of shade trees and lounges at beach and umbrellas and shade with plenty of lounges at both pools. Highly recommend Limoncello Restaurant if you like Italian food. Highly recommend booking a Club room, open 8am to 10pm each day. Good for breakfast, not as noisy as the...
