"Very Welcoming. The ocean view is ok. There is a Starbucks downstairs. The courtyard has lots of games and is family-friendly. There is also a shuttle that runs you downtown to the shopping area."

"Roda was our first impression before even arriving to the property. She was spectacular from start to end! We were able to check in early, enjoy the pool with my mom and sister, and have the best experience at Gardens Hotel. Roda, Phil at the bar, and George at breakfast were all fabulous. Very kind, went out of the way, and very very welcoming. You feel at home. Before leaving breakfast, we made sure to have a future reservation set up! See you all at the end of Sept! "

"I was traveling alone, great location, parking was included. The pool and deck area is very nice. Sitting out watching duval st, the bar a few doors down had live music you could hear while people watching."
