"The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. Didn't have to fight for pool chairs. Only complaint is random fees slapped on daily which we were not informed about before hand."

"We came here for our first year anniversary and we loved it. The food was good, clean pool (towles, sunscreen provided ), right on the beach. Everything was lovely we 100% recommend it."

"The amenities would have gotten higher marks except that our favorite pool (Pool 40 next to Tazuna) was closed, along with pool 26, both closed for the entire month of May. The Fun Lab was also closed but we didn't have any teens with us so that didn't bother us, but I would have been disappointed had I planned on using that. On the plus side, we learned that we like Pool 17 and despite 2 of the pools being closed, Pool 17, the Main Pool and the SKy Pool were not overly crowded. The staff were very attentive and wonderful. Shout out to the amazing server extraordinaire: Roberto! He was fantastic. In general, staff would also have gotten higher marks if they had been trained on how to handle an extremely inebriated guest poolside. Instead, we watched a passed out guest on a lounge chair and on the ground wollow for hours as he dry heaved semi-consciously while staff figured out what to do. It was sad to watch his 3 children cry, his wife kick him trying to wake him up, and the general confusion about how to deal with it all by the staff. The wife refused medical help. It was a "buzz Kill" for us watching and I wish the staff could have removed him from the area much earlier. They did finally wheel him out. There should be staff proticol to deal with this sort of thing. We have been to this resort many times and never witnessed such an event. Overall, the food was excellent and the drinks were cold. Plus, the view can't be beat and rooms were quiet."
