Downtown Brampton Hotels, Toronto

"The stay was enjoyable, staff were helpful, the room was comfortable. Elevators were a little small/crowded but that comes with the age of the building. Built in 1914 as the The Dominion Bank headquarters which also means the hotel has some very nice architectural elements. We stayed in the lower floors which is original building. "

"Location is close to St. Patrick station and police station which is good for travelling and safety. The owner/receptionist could be a bit more friendly, but they showed us around the place and where to find the amenities/rooms. We had the large pod at the bottom bunker which fit 2 people. There was a tv with headphones, a small cabinet with a lock, an outlet, and an area to put your shoes/small belongings. The pillow was comfortable and the futon was firm but good for one night stay. The blankets were gross because it was yellow and there was pubic/regular hair leftover. The shower room was ok but there was grime in the silicone lines. The towels were in a separate room from the shower area which is inconvenient. The bathrooms and shower rooms are separate from each other as well as segregated by gender. The place is incredibly quiet which is good when sleeping however because there are no doors (curtains), I could hear people snoring in the distance. The food offered is cereal, bread with jams/butter/peanut butter, and tea/coffee."

"Wrong address, couldn’t get keys after I was given a code, also robbed me $50 to get the code only to not get keys, horrible experience, no help or resolution after 24hours, don’t recommend booking, STAY AWAY"

"Everything about this hotel was perfect, from the check inn process to the cleanliness of the room, the room was amazing and the bed super comfy, the area of the hotel is in a great spot, overall not one complaint."
