They explained it is to cover additional costs such as complementary water and 10% discounts at their restaurant. I accepted 2 water bottles and told my husband to enjoy his $20 water. We did not eat at the restaurant."

"We booked this hotel because of its proximity to TD Garden and all the main attractions we wanted to visit. It was exactly what we wanted. The hotel was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The room is always clean thanks to the staff. There’s no breakfast at the hotel unless you’re trying to go to like the bar/restaurant next-door that’s connected to the hotel. There’s no refrigerator in our hotel room, which was weird. There was no Safe there as well. The food is meh at the elephant and pub bar. Would I book it again? That is a mystery we will have to find out. Other than that, it was close to the convention. "
