"Was unable to check in due to expired ID. Wayne laws are strict. Had to make emergency reservation at another hotel. I am an 83 year old senior who is technically homeless and live on social security. I have to move frequently due to hotel policies. This causes aggravation to physical problems. If Expedia paid you, then I deserve to be reimbursed. The monies were withheld from my account and if I am not reimbursed, I'll be living on the street."

"To start with, we arrived one hour after earliest check in and still waited over 15 minutes before we could go to our room. The phone in the room was not working, so I had to go the the front desk several times with questions. The TV was difficult to watch, because it was too high for the remote to work without raising the remote above my head. The shower floor was slippery, requiring a mat to avoid falling. The room was too dark, as there were few lights."

"Having an indoor heated pool was fabulous while traveling with our 3 kids and the pool area was a nice size with few small tables and lounge chairs. The room was a great size for our family (2 adults and 3 kids, 21, 17 & 14 yr old). We had a a full size fridge which was wonderful. I will say the AC unit was confusing with the room temp but it was ok in the end. As far as the front desk staff- there is a gentleman mid day to night shift that was excellent the night shift had a nice lady but we were not “thrilled” at all with one particular desk staff. Her attitude was ver negative, demeanor horrible, when I asked a simple question I received a rude “duh” type of response and when I inquired about housekeeping the response tone in return was definitely not welcoming at all! The breakfast that was included was pretty great for being included everyday. I would bring my family back and stay again if I needed to. "

"I had to spend two nights at this locations for the proximity to a hospital where my husband was staying. The staff was wonderful and the facilities were great. i did not use business facilities or the pool. I was very comfortable in my room."

"The room was clean, the Staff go above and beyond, Wi-Fi is great. They don't serve breakfast here but they always have coffee available and that is amazing."
