"I made a reservation and put a request to check in by 9am , I called the front desk a day before to make sure they can take me in by that time and the lady that attended to me said yes, only for me to get there and the lady at the front desk told me it can’t be possible, I even asked her like what time do you think it will be ready because I have a new by 9:30 and that was the reason I booked that hotel because it was close to where I was going for meeting, only for her to tell me she doesn’t know except I come back at 3pm, like if I wanted to check in at 3pm would I have come this morning? I was charged extra for early check in and the front desk lady was freaking rude , I had to leave and they didn’t refund by money , telling me the room was non refundable , this people are scam, I didn’t even check in, if you know you don’t accept early check in why didn’t you call me and tell me the moment you see my booking but no you guys didn’t , y’all are just thieves "

"THE 3 ROOMS I WAS OFFERED WERE DIRTY, NO SHOWER CURTAINS. BED WERE FILTHY AND DISGUSTING. THEY EVEN HAD COCKROACHES WHICH I TOOK PICTURES OF EVERYTHING. EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I DROVE OVER 35 MINUTES TO GET SOME REST AND COULDNT. I HAD NO CHOICE TO FIND A EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE HOTEL ABOUT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES AWAY.. "

"The room was great size, however-overpriced. The first night got no sleep, due to the microwave throwing out sparks, was running with nothing being done to it, and when you kept the door open the lights inside the microwave would look like a strobe light-went down to reception and she came up to the room and tried reaching out to engineering & did offer to switch rooms (however it was 3:30or later in the morning, and I was not going to wake my 5 year old up and move her all around and her not go back to sleep, when she finally just fell asleep not much before this happened.) I said we'll unplug it and just go without until the next day when my child woke up & was told there would be some kinda resolution (the pull out bed was also broke & she also said she notated the account) we moved And then that pull out bed was also broken, and the AC/heater wasn't working so we kept the window cracked, went down and asked about it and was told someone would be up to reset the system and no one came until the day after when I went and reminded. The front desk again. Then we were without power for a few hours 4-6 hours, and on 2 of the days their breakfasts they offer, they were closed before the time stated. Some staff friendly, some are just miserable. "
