"Great place Bern on road over 6 weeks this place was a pleasant supprise Ill stay there again"

"Upon check-in at the hotel, I was asked about my request for a removable showerhead. After a little discussion with the host, I decided that if the room was accessible without a removable showerhead that I should be good. After getting to the room, which was very nice, I discovered that the shower would not suit my needs. I immediately called the front desk, explained the situation, and they gave me a fully accessible room with the removable showerhead. Although I originally said that it wouldn't be a problem, the staff did not get rude, irritated, or treat me like an inconvenience. They were very nice and accommodating. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who originally checked me in, but he and Lizzie made me feel welcomed. I absolutely love this place!"

"We hadn't stayed in this hotel in over a decade. The food and service was terrific for dinner and breakfast. We will definitely be returning. We met the head of Food and Beverage. He is an impressive man and we really confident he will continue to make positive changes to attract more customers back. "
