Hotel was cery clean and smelled good, very close to downtown Wichita. There was a loud guest next door to me,.but thats not the hotels fault, clean property and within walking distance to downtown, if im in Wichita again I will stay here, also very cheap for what they offer, great prices for a great hotel!

As a former hospitality manager, I would definitely recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. The Hotel was put together very nicely, super clean, staff was polite & helpful. Our room was great, VERY clean & peaceful. Got a great nights sleep, no complaints & will definitely stay again next time we come through that way!

We were thankfully able to check in early since we had a wedding to attend at 4:00, went quickly and easily. Hotel itself needs updating, several ceiling tiles were stained and sagging. Rooms okay but need some bathroom maintenance.

The team working onsite was amazing. Very accommodating, hospitable, welcoming and friendly. The only issue was the condition of the motel to include the rooms. Lots of interior water and physical damage to all areas. There is a heavy mildew smell and visible mold in several locations.

My biggest problem is with Expedia. I purached a presidential suite, pool and hot tub, and that is not what i got. I got to the hotel and they let me know that they do not even have a presidential suite. The pool was green, disgusting, and closed. This was for my honeymoon. I definitely would have gotten a different hotel. It was right in the middle downtown surrounded by homeless people. They were bothersome when outside. The hotel staff were very kind though. They let me use a room for my bridal shower since i didnt have the space in my not presidential suite that i paid for. The room wasnt the worst I've stayed in. However the couch was broken, the bed was screwed up, and the toilets did not work very well. Would i stay here again no. Would i recommend expedia absolutely not.
