We truly loved fishing in the lake, but the absolute highlight was watching a bald eagle protecting her nest from a hawk."

"Easy to find just outside the gates of Smith Lake Park. Cabin is right next to the boat launch parking and restroom but the boat launch is further to the left. No issues at all from sound or problems with either. The view out to the lake is stunning and the cabin is nicely equipped and very cozy. We loved it and will be back."
