This is a new hotel cleverly and creatively designed to provide wonderful spaces in which to sleep, eat, exercise and rest. Large very modern rooms with every conceivable feature. A fusion of art, Scandinavian design elements, the latest fittings and advanced technology. The staff are extremely pleasant and although some still struggle with English they make up for it with a dogged determination to make your stay memorable. They did it for me. They will do it for you. The staff are fantastic....

I really had a good experience staying at this hotel. Location is great & walkable to food court, coffee & convenient shops. Rooms were very clean& service was five star. Highly recommended. We initially had stuffed up our booking & it was our fault, however Penny from customer service looked after us & made our trip memorable.

I stayed for one night and loved every minute of the stay. Visually it's a beautiful hotel. The artwork is world class and each floor has it's own unique theme. The room was on the 16th floor and was well laid out with everything needed including a few extras like a massage chair, fruit bowl and a mid-afternoon home made snack delivered to the room. Breakfast was amazing - a great selection and superb service. The team who work here do make an effort to make you feel welcome which is something...

From we exited from the taxi, to registration and entered our room, were so perfect. We had been served by the Ms. Elena Li, Guest Experience Mgr, who was so friendly and explained everything we needed to know.
The breakfast was too many choices and so tasteful, it made us difficult to choose. Our stay in Regent Hotel was so satisfactory and we felt that we didn’t want to leave the room.

Totally enjoyed my stay. Hotel is about 1.2 km from Wangfunging, and around 700 metres to nearest Metro station, around 2 km walk to forbidden city and Tian’anmen square. I highly recommended hotel.

Chao was a great 5 star hotel that really made our stay in Beijing. After a day sight seeing it was so relaxing to return to Chao for the evening. The pianist in the restaurant was excellent, food top quality and the breakfast was perfect to begin the day. The staff could not have been more helpful while Athena went above and beyond to help book tickets to the forbidden city. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic room, very comfortable and fast, attentive service.
If you like a good western breakfast the breakfast here will disappoint.
The location is not as close to the SunYuanQiao station as the map indicates and is not a pleasant walk. The district is not well developed and quite dirty surrounds.
