"Extremely poor check in experience. 1) if you arrive earlier, don't expect you might get your room or drop off your luggage safely. The luggage drop off is self-serve, use at your own risk, most people just stay in the lobby watching their luggage and waiting for 3pm check in. 2) check in is using a self-serve computer, which didn't work for my case."

"I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I originally booked Grand Hyatt Incheon, but without clear explanation, I was moved to a different hotel (Paradise area), which was not what I paid for. To make things worse, I was even told that I had to cancel my own booking just so they could reserve another room for us,which was very inconvenient and unprofessional. The room conditions were unacceptable — the bathroom door was broken with no lock, the carpet was dirty (there was even visible hair left behind), and overall cleanliness did not meet basic standards. Even the bed was uncomfortable to the point that I ended up sleeping on the couch instead. The lighting was also poor with no dim option, and the air conditioning was difficult to use and not functioning properly. What made things worse was the service. Complimentary items like personal hygiene kits required extra payment, which was unexpected. During checkout, the staff showed little initiative to assist. We informed the receptionist about needing the airport shuttle, yet no one guided us or told us to wait outside. As a result, we missed the shuttle. Because of this lack of coordination, we had no choice but to spend extra money on a jumbo van just to make it to the airport on time. It was stressful, inconvenient, and completely avoidable. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better service and standards. Unfortunately, I will not be booking here again."

"I’ve stayed at many major hotel brands, but Paradise City Incheon is by far the best. Exceptional comfort, amazing staff, beautiful design, incredible breakfast, and a perfect location near the airport."

"The staff are top notch. Laura at the front desk was extremely kind, welcoming and informative about the hotel's amenities even during a very busy time due to what seemed like a convention. Clean and quiet rooms, best room service meals I've ever had, and the bus to the airport stopping at the hotel made for a wonderful stay. "

"Excellent hotel. Our room was clean and roomy. Loved access to amenities and bottled water anytime we needed. We chose the option to include breakfast and it was excellent. So many options and a great combination of Korean and North American food. Lots of vegetables and fruit. Would highly recommend this hotel which was also very central in Myeongdong."
