"The rooms were cute, clean, and comfortable, and I really liked the overall style of the hotel. The only downside was the check-in experience. The lobby was extremely crowded, with a lot of people trying to check in at the same time, which made it feel chaotic. The wait in line was over 30 minutes, and even after waiting, my room still wasn't ready. If the hotel could improve the check-in process and better manage the crowds, it would make the experience much more enjoyable."

"Cool retro vibe in each room, one light switch not working, big shower and restroom. Light for sink was too dark even on high setting. The room was quiet with minimal street noise but we were on the seventh floor. Nice coffee and tea set-up as well as free milk and water in mini fridge. Great food in the diner downstairs for breakfast. Only one minor issue. We ate a delicious breakfast got back to the room a bit after 11:00 am and locked out of the room. Why have a late check out at noon (standard by the way) and punish me with a walk downstairs to have the key reactivated? Would I stay again, heck yes!"

"I didn’t get to explore the whole place. I only stayed a night. I stayed in a quad room and requested a bottom bunk. The guy at the front was nice to follow through. I thought I had the whole room to myself, but another solo traveler showed up later. The room was small, but that didn’t bother me. I was happy we had our own private bathroom! The mattress could be better!"

"Don't let the unusual choice of decor in certain portions of the lobby scare you. This hotel is clean, very comfortable and the staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. As others have said the rooms are on the smaller side and the bed is walled in on 3 sides, so not ideal if you don't want to crawl over your partner in the middle of the night. The shower is a little tight, but great water pressure. I enjoyed dinner at the hotel bar and the Grand Central Market is just a block or so away, so many great choices there. The breakfast buffet is also very good. The location does give you pause about walking in the area at night, but if you take an Uber/Lyft no issues were encountered. Overall a really great stay."
