"I had lost my i.d after being out after the Blue Jays game. I tried to pick up my deposit and had a bit of a hard time getting it but I completely understand and applaud they diligent effort to prove I was the one that left the deposit. I had a different piece of i.d but was not the one I used to check in so she went back to the video footage to be sure I was the person that checked in. It was a bit of a nuisance but I'm glad she took the time to be sure my deposit was not given to the wrong person. She was very kind and understanding of my situation. Would definitely recommend this hotel, mainly because of her kindness and I feel she went above and beyond her job description. The only thing I did not like was the police randomly asking anyone in a car for their i.d and why they were in the parking lot. They showed up twice while we stayed the one night. The officer was very rude and while I know I did not have to give my i.d without cause, it was just easier and faster to just give it so they can run the names so we can leave. Unless the hotel asked them then they should not be doing that on a private property "
