The hotel boat is moored where there is only a pedestrian footpath. There is no where close by to drop the bags for easy access, many meters from where cars are allowed. There are no actual staff at the location, only virtual staff who cannot help with the luggage drop or movement. You get parking recommendations only after the cancel window...

"Shower was a wee bit small but other than that it was perfect. The metro was only a 3 minute walk away along with the shopping mall in case you need necessities or a quick bite. Most the staff also spoke English which made checking in and out a breeze."

"Location was great for those that are comfortable walking around town. The apartment was spacious and a great base for us in Avignon. There are many dining and market options nearby. Hosts were great and easy to contact if needed.
The only thing to be aware of is that parking in the area is quite difficult (for much of old Avignon). When being dropped off by taxi we walked about 5 minutes to save a very slow drive in the city. "

"Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms. Not super close to main part of Lyon but easy to jump on ebikes and ride beside the river safely and beautifully in to town all times of day. Was disappointed the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay because it was "slow summer" would have appreciated if even the bar stayed open so there was some type of drinks available because there isn't much super close in the area. Would recommend the hotel!"
