"It is the staff and surroundings that make this hotel. The reception team could not do enough for us. The hotel has an unusual Hawaiian vibe. Be aware that the hotel is dated cosmetically but nothing that dented our enjoyment. The breakfasts were amazing and the best we had during the whole trip."

"We saw Mount Fuji early in the morning and it was breathtaking! Breakfast overlooking the forest behind the property was delicious and so beautiful. The onsen in our room was wonderful!
