"Stayed at this place for Kawazu Sakura Matsuri. This place is right by the beach and it is so soothing to watch the sea from our room or from the lobby. "I was thrilled to stay at this property, food was fantastic and the room was utterly wonderful. However at 1.30 am the fire alarms started going, I wasn’t able to get hold of any one at the hotel until 2am , once we did it took about 30 mins to dismantle the alarms ( it wasn’t just my room) When I checked out the following morning I was firstly surprised they didn’t offer to credit the nights bar tab (59 CAD) nor was there any form of apology The other couple who experienced the same trouble...

"This was the most incredible place we’ve ever stayed! It was so incredibly unique from the history of the place to how modern it was inside and our very own cherry blossom tree outside our window.
