"The rooms were renovated recently and it's very clean and quiet. I'm trying to learn Italian, so it was wonderful how patient they are as I tried. And they switched to English when they could tell I needed it. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. One late night I returned with a bottle of wine, the kitchen closed, and they could not find a corkscrew. They went across the street to a restaurant to find one for me. The staff was incredibly helpful, and gave some really good tips, and they were just so friendly, helpful, kind and spoke great English.
