"All staff we interacted with were very pleasant. The room was clean. I love the free laundry room and the fresh ground coffee was a plus. I will definitely look for a Candlewood for Future stays. The amenities were a plus! Thanks"

"Every staff member I encountered from check in to valet at the end was fantastic. I don’t understand all the negative reviews on here. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a fireworks balcony view which was great. The bed was very comfortable as well. Pool was nice with the two sides and plenty of seating. The shades bar made great drinks with fast, friendly service as well. Of course, the ability to walk to Disney springs was nice as well! I would definitely stay here again. Only thing I didn’t care for was they had Hilton guest ambassadors in the lobby on Sunday. They had a great offer but it also required to sit through a presentation to become a grand vacations club member. The lady was friendly and didn’t mind that I declined the offer but I would have preferred to not be stopped and talked to for 5 minutes. But that doesn’t change that I would stay here again, I might just pretend to be on the phone when passing them LOL"

"Great place to stay away from the expense and chaos of some of the Disney properties. Was attending at conference at Disney and rooms were way too expensive. Definitely stay again when I come back to Orlando on business. "
