"I stayed at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort with three adults and a one-year-old baby, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I accidentally locked my credit card, and as a result, our room was locked as well. We arrived at the hotel around 9:00 PM, and I went to the front desk to explain the situation. The employee told me it would take a short time to unlock the door, but we ended up waiting for hours with no solution. Around 1:00 AM, they finally gave us another room so the baby could have a diaper change and go to sleep. Meanwhile, I had to stay outside waiting because my medication was inside the locked room. It wasn’t until nearly 2:00 AM that they were finally able to open the original room. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of apology or concern from the hotel staff for the inconvenience and stress they caused—especially while traveling with a baby. Also, what I found most absurd is that the hotel charges $40 per day for self-parking. On top of that, the hotel breakfast was horrible compared to other hotels or resorts. I would not stay at this hotel again."

The staff was amazing, the property and rooms were beyond anything we could have expected and there was so much for our 4 children to do there was never a dull moment! Our only wish was for some form of music outside by the pool in our house but we were very happy even without!"

"The wilderness lodge is a little slice of heaven amongst the chaos of Disney World. It's a great retreat from a long day at the park that offers more privacy than other deluxe resorts. There are plenty of dining options that offer walk-up availability, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the grounds are immaculate. Would absolutely recommend. "
