"The staff were amazing. Very helpful and courteous. That’s what made it for me a 5 star place. The breakfast was general consisted of a daily 1 egg, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and tea. On the other hand the room was not fancy and it had a certain smell. I had to buy cleaning supplies to keep the smell away. Good enough for daily sleep."

"Beautiful Hotel, room was amazing (upgraded to a suite) with a large patio looking out on the Bosphorous, amazing bedroom with views. The staff and concierge were top notch. The breakfast had a vast selection of options to accomodate everyone. The concierge (Kaan)went above and beyond - hit 5/5 on restraunt reco.mendations and helping plan our days, offering tourist suggestions and shops to visit. "

"Great hotel, centrally located. There’s a train station not too far away, local attractions are a short walk away. The staff are friendly and ready assist with anything. It’s always wonderful to be greeted by Mustafa-the house keeper, he makes sure rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is amazing, a great spread of breads, salads and cheese. Big shout to Asma who makes the best omelettes, always with a smile and she remembers you following day too:) We couldn’t experience the pool as it was closed, they have a lovely restaurant on the roof top with great views of the city."
