We booked this condo for the Dillon Open sailing regatta for a week It was a perfect home away from home. Super comfortable and everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom roomy. Nick our host was very easy to work with. We would definitely book this condo again.
Really loved this property Most outstandingly well-organized rental we have stayed at in many years. Everything that we could possibly need. Super clean.

Awesome stay! The apartment was clean and well equipped. Everything was labeled and straight forward. Super close to Keystone and not too far from Breck. Nick was very helpful and a good communicator. Two parking spaces available in the garage (there is a support beam in between though). Would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay for a ski trip!
This location was perfect for our mom daughter’s trip to see a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. Easy walking distance to the show made it a dream. There was a great farmers market on Friday right out our door. Owner was proactive and actually called to walk thru the check in before he emailed it. Owner was responsive to the message that I sent during our stay.
We have been to CO countless times, but this was our first time staying in Dillon. This place was absolutely wonderful! Loved the location...super close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We skied Arapahoe and Loveland and it was about a 15 min drive to each. The heated garage and ski locker made it so convenient to load up quickly in the morning. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Nick was amazing and responded to all of our questions immediately. Highly recommend!!!
Decided to rent Condo in Dillon and enjoy EPIC pass in early December. Felt like we landed fresh powder every night and sunshine every day.
What a great decision to make Dillon homebase.
Condo was great. Very nice felt very cozy, inviting.The only issue was the gas fire place what a joke, 2 small flames not much bigger than a candle. Hard to believe such a great condo would have such a deficiency.
Our son is a big fan of Trombone Shorty and when we saw he was playing at the amphitheater we had to go! The property met all of our needs. Major pluses: you have a garage and parking space, walking distance to the amphitheater, and a couple restaurants. Parking for events or restaurants seems to be hard to come by or impossible at times, as we overheard from others around us, making the garage and parking space a huge commodity. Thank you for hosting!
The condo is absolutely as pictured and described, and the universally positive reviews are justified. This is the most spotlessly clean condo I have ever rented, and by far the best stocked. My wife loves to cook, so she brought her favorite pans and utensils, but literally anything you could possibly want was already here (usually in duplicate).There is an unbelievably comprehensive selection of dishware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, and glasses (coffee/drinking/wine/champagne) far beyond what could reasonably be expected. The spice and condiment selection was remarkably thorough, and there was plenty of leftover coffee and tea, ziplock bags, laundry and dishwashing detergent, foil, etc. when we arrived (YMMV, obviously). Everything worked as it should. There were humidifiers and plenty of blankets. The bedlinens were comfortable and clean, as were the generous selection of towels. The bathrooms were clean with a nice selection of soaps/lotions.We never took the shuttle, but the drive to Keystone was quick and easy, and the free parking at the River Run lot was not full even on spring break week. I would note that the parking lot and dropoff at the Mountain House lot is much closer to the lift however. The long walk from the gondola back to the River Run lot is a tough end to the day.The only negative at all was the fact the condo elevator was not working, but I can't blame Nick for that. We would love to stay here again.
The house was super clean and a great pre-stop before our son’s weekend wedding.Nick was a great host and we had excellent communication! When the power went out in the whole town (which is very rare) we couldn’t get in the garage. We thought we were stuck and the power outage lasted longer than expected. As soon as I contacted Nick, he called me back even though it was late on a Fri night. We were able to get back into the condo with his help! We would definitely stay her again!
