- Welcome to your Alpine Cottage Getaway in NEGA! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features two spacious living rooms offering plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace in the upstairs living area, or step outside onto the upper-level deck to take in the breathtaking views of nature. Downstairs features a second living room and dining space, which leads out to the lower level of the deck.
Sky Valley Resort & Golf Club offers an 18-hole championship golf course, open to the public. Located close to vacationer dream destinations, including Helen, GA & Highlands, NC. Hiking trails, waterfalls, boating, fishing, zip-lining, tubing, horseback riding, award-winning restaurants, shopping, and much more!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please clean out the fireplace and grill if used.
-Start a load of towels in the washing machine on the highest temperature setting.
-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used or if any damages occurred during your stay. Lastly, please inform us 1 day prior to checkout if you intend to leave before 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
