"The hotel overall was really nice. The staff was all friendly and helpful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The concierge parked our car to make it easier for us to get settled. The front desk staff offered us a promotion to spin the when you win a prize and we won the free breakfast option, which was a nice surprise. The pool was nice but I was disappointed that the jacuzzi was not warm."

"The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here."
