"The property has a great view and is very convenient. It’s a landmark hotel and is the first hotel in Interlaken. Take this at face value. There’s no a/c, I blew the circuit with a euro-friendly hairdryer, there were wires hanging out of the wall next to our room, and our bathroom ceiling started leaking around 11pm. We told reception and her response was “they must have flooded the bathroom upstairs.” She offered us different rooms but it was too late to switch. We had a nice balcony but...

"After some terrible train trouble in Italy, we got here after check in was closed. I called ahead of closing and the staff were so lovely, helpful and understanding about our situation and figured out a solution for us. Pool and sauna is open 24/7 and the can also book massages at the desk on check in."

"Everything is good except that it is kinda tiring for our big family of 9 with young kids to lug 9 big luggages to walk to apartment from train station during arrival and check out. Otherwise , it is perfect as It provides full facilities very suitable for family. The view from room is excelelnt. Get to see mountain and lake."
