"Séjour incroyable, le lieu est magique. L’hôtel est vraiment superbe, on se sent privilégié de pouvoir accéder au parc naturel à toute heure, lorsque les touristes ne sont pas encores arrivés. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil et aimable. Nous avons voyager avec notre petit chiot et l’accueil était superbe, pleins de petites attentions.
Le spa est magnifique, les espaces sont bien pensés avec ce panorama à couper le souffle.

"Loved the apartment and the location. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and dishes. Adelboden is wonderful. Easy accessibility to attractions. Only recommendation would be to have a mechanism to ‘lock’ the queen trundle bed in the open position to increase safety. Thank you-hope to come back next year! "

"It was pathetic time in the hotel
1. No elevators and stairs were tough with luggage
2. Windows do no have blinds. They open to opposite building windows make it a privacy concern
3. Bed bugs in the bed
4. Toilet was horribly designed. Shower was too tight. A oversized person cannot shower inside.
5. Microwave was missing
6. Bed was in attic and was highly inaccessible
7. Rooms were not cleaned. You can see spider web, dust and hairs
8. Balcony lacked privacy as floor was grill and...

"Nosotros tuvimos un tema, estábamos en la mañana (08:30 am) en la habitación y entraron al cuarto sin tocar, ni avisar, la verdad fue bastante incómodo el momento. Ojalá pudieran implementar marbetes para que el personal de limpieza sepa que puede ingresar a la habitación.

"Petra made sure we had everything we needed. Room included wine, beer, snacks, fresh fruit and lovely breakfast each morning rolled in. View is amazing. We had private sauna and whirlpool bath. Much needed after all our hiking. If you can handle the steep, windy, narrow roads leading up to the village it’s all worth it!!"
