In the house: washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot (15. Apr. - 15. Nov.), heating available only from 15. Nov. - 15. Apr.. 600 m long steep, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Contea Londa" 5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
