"We had a great time although cleanliness was an issue. Beer cans, nicotine patches, and cigars left from previous guests, poop on the toilet with no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the pool was murky. But over all the house was great and unique. Love the layout and the boat deck was beautiful. "

"The view is great and the house was clean but the property has wear and tear. Also the grill needs to be replaced. I would give it 4.5 but only 4 or 5 is available. There were enough issues which prevents me from giving it a 5."

"Great little place close to the beach . However only one restroom downstairs and beds are on 2 nd floor . Only for 4 people instead of 6 because the sofa bed in not appropriate to sleep . Mattress is not good . Other than that the kitchen is well equipped . Will Stay there again "
