"It was ok, and a vast improvement over our last stay in Hanoi, as it was far from the touristy and scam-filled Old Quarter. Accommodations were nice, but covid still affected some ammenities, ie. no breakfast [closed], and we couldn't get extra pillows [had to buy our own]. Still, good value for the price, and in a better part of the city."

"The location is off a busy street and the front entrance has about 10 steep steps which makes egress difficult. Thankfully the reception guy carried our suitcase for us.
The carpets in the hallway outside of our room was dirty and covered with hair (needs a deep clean).
The shower is on top of a bathtub. Water goes everywhere all over the toilet and everything in the bathroom because it is open and no curtains. Very difficult bathtub to climb in and out of, especially when it is slippery...
