It was my first time in Albania and I loved it ! There are two entrances ! If your driving you have to do the back entrance if your getting dropped in town you go through the front entrance "

"The property and the people managing it are the best. Unfortunately many of the streets in that part of Albania are narrow and downhill as is the one to get to the Villa. Borsh also has only two (not well rated) restaurants and to get anywhere including the beach you need a car."
