Staff helpful where they can be. No real area to wind down/relax aside from room before and after those hours. Spa is incredible."

"The hotel is still under major construction. They offer bare minimum amenities List coffee machine in room but you have to pay to use it 9eu per pod 1 working bathroom on the grounds. Dust and gravel everywhere. WiFi is terrible TV reception is terrible Our room was new and starts off clean. Until you bring the construction debris inside from walking in it. I nearly broke my neck walking into the beach day one because One floor board was not even with the rest. "

"I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "

"The Acros resort is a beautiful, family-run property nestled in the mountains of Albania. It is the perfect place to relax by the pool while taking in the spectacular views of the property and mountains. The beaches of Orikum & Vlore are only a short drive away. The property is clean and offers great service and amenities. The staff was warm, attentive & helpful. We had an amazing time at The Acros Resort! Thank you Acros staff. You were great! "

"The Geo & Art is a family run boutique hotel. We loved our stay at Geo & Art. We had an amazing view of the sea and were only steps away from the beach and dining. The Geo & Art offered reserved beach chairs and umbrellas at a beautiful location only a short walk away. They also provided us with a towel. I recommend bringing water shoes as the beach is rocky. Our hotel was only a 10 minute taxi ride to Himare Castle. The Family (staff) helped us secure the ride to the castle and back. We loved our stay at the Geo & Art and give this hotel our highest recommendation! Thank you for everything!!! "
