"Do not stay in this property! The owner refused to acknowledge our guest house booking upon arrival. After arguing and showing them the Orbitz receipt, the owner tried to put us in a 3 person sleep room while we booked it for 5 people. At last, they put us in 5 person suite as booked on Orbitz. They did not provide any towels. In the morning they refused to provide free breakfast as booked on Orbitz. "

"Stayed for 2 nights had booked 4 rooms checking was 12.30pm 3rooms was not available till 2pm 4th one wasn't available had to book elsewhere 1 room. Staff was rude and aragnt breakfast supposed to be included charged us. Booked double and single beds in each rooms was given 1 double bed in room. Electrics was giving shock when touched cleaning wasn't done. Double bed and a mattress was given to put on floor and sleep refused refund even it's hotels faults. Over booking. Charging £15 to use swimming pool for 1hr."
