Dear Valued Guest, We thank you for taking time for the feedback. After Careful Investigation to your concerns,We have identified that one of your guests stayed for 04 Nights and Other room guest checked-in afterwards. The guest insisted for a checkout as they wanted to stay in a property in Upper Dharamshala, whereas it is clearly mentioned everywhere that we are located in Dharamshala town, and not Mcleodganj. We accepted the request. since the booking was made through an online booking engine Expedia,we as a hotel can not initiate the refund. This has to be done by the guest directly through Expedia, especially after checking-in! We tried every possible way to make your stay comfortable i.e. Complimentary Early Check-In at 5 AM for one of your guest | We have even paid for the taxi as one of your guest was not having sufficient cash funds, as each and every member of the team at D'Polo believes in the Indian concept of "Guest is God". We would be happy to assist you with any further concerns that you have and would request you not to mislead our potential guests with exaggerated reviews, and how the hotel staff was unfair and label the hotel as "robbers", based on no fact. We look forward to welcoming you again at D'Polo again, and experience the hospitality and warmth that people come here to experience. Thank you.
