"Well-maintained rooms just half a block from beach access. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are comfortable. There’s a nice outdoor shower where you can rinse off sand before you enter your room. Parking is super-convenient and there are restaurants within walking distance. Air conditioner emitted a strong, unpleasant smell when we turned it on, but it was October, so we simply turned it off and didn’t use it. Room was clean overall, but there were some tiny pieces of glass on the floor that cut my husband’s foot. I assume the previous guest broke something made of glass, didn’t say anything, and that a couple tiny shards remained after staff swept the room. We bought a Swiffer mop and cleaned up the remaining shards. FYI: rooms have mini-fridges, but no microwaves, and no tables to eat at. Not a big deal if you’re planning to eat at nearby restaurants. If you plan to bring back leftovers, however, just know you won’t have a method of reheating them."
