"Adult hour in the pool would be splendid. Maybe 9-10pm?? So paying parents can enjoy a nice hot tub before bed. It was so packed, there was no room. And if a space opened, not worth it with how loud it would be with all the screaming kids. -Be mindful of the room Doors. Some have no spring system and slam shut so hard and loud, it scares you & your kids every time, -If there are 4 guests booked into a room, why not leave 4 towels vs 2? Just a thought. -Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap..,if you can!!! Smallest shampoo and conditioner bottles I’ve ever seen. There was just One hand soap that would not produce soaps. No body wash or extra bar of soap for such. -Tv shut off every 5-60 mins all night long. Forget to tell the staff, Didn’t feel like getting out of bed to call or go downstairs either, -smoking occurs outside front door. Even though there are “no smoking” signs. -2 out of the 4 games in the arcade room don’t work. -Pool, hottub and waterslide can be fun when it’s not too busy. Hottub jets were broken. Not awesome with so many humans filtering thru. Waterslide stairs were rather sketch. 😬 Must be safe if they are still there though. -Card wouldn’t work in room door more then once. Had to go back down to get another. Even though I would hold it out in front of me to prevent it from interference. Haha. Be careful with that. -Was nice to see the manger walking around the last day though."

"It was amazing seeing clean room. Staff was very helpful.I have not tried breakfast but parking was safe and well-spaced. Love it."

"The property was very dirty. Hallways and floors were filthy we asked for bottles of water and the girl told us they don’t give any water out anymore. The breakfast was terrible things were not cooked and the tables were filthy. We won’t be back "

"Staff are really rude and very unpleasant like they're supposed to be as hospitality workers.You are supposed to have a smile on your face and a nice greeting when people come into a hotel.The workers did not on top of it.They tried charging us for stains that weren't even our stains on the towels and sheets"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and able to control the temperature well. We stayed 3 nights and we didn’t get any housekeeping. We had to ask for more coffee everyday. They told us at the end of our stay we had to ask for housekeeping when we checked in. Good location and decent pricing. Breakfast was not included but there is a restaurant on site that was decent."
