"The gentleman at the desk was great, very good customer service in every interaction. Above and beyond anywhere we've stayed before. I did not personally like the bathroom, no shower door and the barn style door on the outside was hard to stay closed. When it would fall open the toilet is directly positioned from the toilet. And since there's no door to the shower I suppose you could watch TV while you shower. Very odd choices of layout. Loved how large the towels were. Bed was comfortable, especially the soft blanket. "

"There was construction site infront of the hotel. Only expensive valet parking. When we asked the house car to pick us up, they promised to get us in 20 minutes. An hour later we got an uber… they have sensored fridges on the room. "

"Night desk clerk was amazing, she needs a raise. Manager came by at breakfast and greeted every one. It was one of the nicest properties i have ever been to."

"The facility itself was in great shape, very clean, full amenities including a full bar. We were greeted by a wonderful guest representative Kontesa. Overall the stay was fantastic."
