The customer service the attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff this Hotel by far bypasses the excellence on all aspects as some of the staff may recall me and my two sons as the gentleman with the two electrical scooters, they assisted me to put my luggage inside the car outside the car, including the two heavy scooters which are electrical that means they go above and beyond, extremely extremely helpful service and that’s a must in this hotel thank you very much for your welcoming attitude, attention to detail and service oriented attitude.
