There is no designated parking space, so when I came tgere was no place to leave the car and unload bags. Elevators didn’t work for two days. Over crowded and over booked (I got a key in a check in to a room with people in it?!) Never again this hotel.

The hotel was okay but I was dissapointed. However, we had booked a King bed over a month in advance and was out in a double bed room that did not have kings. We asked why and they said they gave it to someone already. How would that be, if I booked ahead of time to get the specific room we wanted? Also we asked if we could check out 30 minutes late, which is quite a normal accommodation most hotels make. They were hesitant but finally said yes but any more and we would receive a fee which I found unnecessary to say. One of the two days we were there, we had to wait 20 minutes before we could eat breakfast because there weren’t enough tables available. One elevator was broken so we often had to wait for the other one to go to all floors before getting back to us. It was hard to find where to go to enter the hotel because it is inside another building. We went into a place that said “Hotel Plaza Sol, Luxury and business” with a counter that looked like the check in area. A woman said “no no no no no! Go upstairs in the elevator.” I don’t know if she knew she was being aggressive or rude but if the signage was better, it wouldn’t have happened…. My husband is a native Spanish speaker so that wasn’t the issue either.

La ubicación está bien , pero la habitación es demasiado austera para el precio que piden , además de que las sábanas estaban manchadas desde el primer día , y se filtra el agua de la lluvia , no hay servicio de botones para equipaje , sinceramente no volvería

La piscina estaba muy muy sucia en el desayuno un solo mesero grosero para atender el desayuno pésimo las tazas de café rotas y los vasos sucios y no te dicen de la retención de 1000 pesos para la habitación aunque ya allá pagado tu reservación la habitación toallas viejas y percudidas sin klinex un solo rollito de papel el cuarto super sencillo no volvería

Contaba con una fuga de agua en el extractor del baño y caia agua constantemente y lo cual caia directamente al retrete eso no permitia hacer necesidades fisiologicas por que era agua sucia y se levanto el reporte el cual solo me dieron una toalla para tapar el retrete
