After traveling, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything felt thoughtfully designed. The staff was wonderful, professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Customer service can completely make or break an experience, and the team here truly made us feel welcomed. The location was also incredibly convenient for airport travel while still allowing us to enjoy our time without feeling like we were stuck in a typical airport hotel. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. We travel from the United States and truly appreciated the hospitality we received. "This was thie worst time I had in a hotel, ever. The communication from the hotel was a disaster. The message sent to inform about the airport shuttle omitted to indicate that the ride costs 5 euros per person, and the actual shuttle pick up location. Calling the hotel is a waste of time, no one answers regardless of the time, day, and whether you're asking to speak to reservations or reception. I will never book at this hotel again. "
