"Private, quiet and with laundry and outdoor clothes line in addition to a functional kitchen. Loved the welcoming committee of cat, dogs and chickens who were all friendly but did not bowl us over. The location is perfect. Not far out of Hawker and we were given easy to follow directions. From here it is an easy drive to Wilpena Pound and the southern Flinders Ranges. "

"Nigel goes out of his way to create a welcoming home. Freshly baked bread, generous provisions and a warm personal welcome. I ended up stayed in the 4 bedroom house next door - Hawker Bed and Breakfast. The sofa bed in the TV room is now a very comfortable queen bed. Groups should be aware that one bedroom is a walk through between the TV room and kitchen. All rooms have effective reverse cycle aircon so the house warms up quickly on cold days.
