"We loved our stay at Sonesta Hilton Head. It was our first time staying there and we will definitely book again in fall. I planned a birthday getaway for my husband and it was perfect. The staff is so sweet and thoughtful, the property is very well maintained, rooms are impeccable, restaurants/food is amazing, parking is so convenient. It is great for taking a nice walk to beach and is also very close to shopping and other things to do on the island. We had the most relaxing, stress free stay. It was absolutely perfect. I cannot think of one thing I would suggest to fix or change about our stay. We could not be happier with the choice, we will recommend to friends and family. We will definitely be back in September. "

"Room was not very clean hair was in the bathtub, toilet would not work, the water kept going off and we had no shower curtain. I had to keep calling the front desk to get assistance. Overall hotel was good, plenty for the kids to do just the issues with our room. We had the deluxe suite with 2 bedrooms."
